Each individual may hold only one active Account on hbbaje. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of multiple accounts, hbbaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
hbbaje operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Verification may be requested at any time at hbbaje's sole discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any action taken through your Account — including any wager placed or withdrawal requested — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact hbbaje support immediately at [email protected]. hbbaje will never contact you to request your password.
hbbaje supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and SureCash. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbbaje does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your hbbaje Account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the financial institution involved. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction fees will be displayed at the point of deposit. hbbaje does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account, subject to applicable limits. Before any withdrawal is approved, you must have completed hbbaje's KYC verification process and satisfied all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds. hbbaje reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of approval.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). hbbaje does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by hbbaje; however, if your payment provider applies exchange-related charges, those are outside hbbaje's control.
Anti-Money Laundering. hbbaje is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Any deposits that cannot be matched to legitimate funds may be held pending investigation. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hbbaje are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where a welcome bonus, reload bonus, or other promotion is claimed, the Player accepts the associated wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to that promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed prominently before the bonus is activated. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not cashable. Placing a bet exceeding the maximum bet per spin or round permitted under the bonus terms will void the bonus.
hbbaje employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. hbbaje does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure your device and connection are protected against security threats.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
